We collect information you provide directly to us through our tuning submission form and during service communication:

2 The Tune-Up Connect Appแอป Tune-Up Connect

Tune-Up Connect is our mobile app for iPhone and Android. It reads data from your car and from a connected GPS device, and can upload a recording to your Tune-Up Console account. This section describes exactly what the app handles, and is the section that matches the privacy labels shown on the App Store and Google Play.

• **Precise location**: GPS position, ground speed and heading, received over Bluetooth from a connected Tune-Up Record, Dragy or RaceBox device. The app does not use your phone's own location services and never asks for location permission. Position data is written into a recording held on your phone, and leaves the phone only when you choose to upload that recording.
• **Vehicle data**: engine values read from your car's ECU over Wi-Fi or a wired Ethernet adapter, such as engine speed, boost pressure, air fuel ratio, ignition timing and temperatures. This data describes the vehicle, not you.
• **Email address**: used to sign in. Sign-in is a one time code sent to your email, or a password where one has been set for the account.
• **Account identifier**: a random identifier issued when the account is created, used to attach uploaded recordings to your account.
• **No tracking**: no advertising, no analytics SDK and no third party tracking of any kind. Nothing is shared with data brokers or advertisers, and nothing is used to track you across other apps or websites.
• **No other access**: the app does not read your contacts, photos, calendar, microphone or camera. Bluetooth is used only to reach the GPS device, and local network access only to reach the OBD adapter in your own car.
• **On your phone**: recordings stay on your phone until you delete them. A recording you never upload never leaves the phone.
• **Once uploaded**: recordings you upload are stored with your Tune-Up Console account and kept as part of the record of your tuning job, so that they can be compared against later revisions. Tune-Up can see the recordings you upload to your own job. No other customer can.

To delete your account, open the Profile tab in the app and use Delete account. That removes your sign-in, your saved runs and the link to your tuning jobs, for good. Recordings you have already uploaded stay attached to the tuning job, as our record of work already carried out. Contact us using the details in the last section if you want those removed too.

Your information is used solely for the purpose of delivering and improving Tune-Up's tuning services:

4 Data Storageการจัดเก็บข้อมูล

All customer data is held in Tune-Up Console, which is our own system. Form submissions, job records, log files, uploaded recordings and revision history are stored in a hosted database and file storage operated for Tune-Up. Access requires a sign-in and is limited to Tune-Up staff and, through the Customer Portal, to the customer the job belongs to.
